Property:

It is a semi-esterified product of starch with low degree of substitution and octenyl succinic anhydride. It is a white powder. The product has excellent free flow and hydrophobicity.  Not easily wet by water alone.  The product has the characteristics of good dispersibility and insoluble in water.
