Production method Using 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline and N,N-dicyanoethylaniline as raw materials, the former is diazotized first, and then coupled with the latter to obtain a product. The product is filtered, ground and dried. .
Add 98% sulfuric acid to the di-nitriding pot, cool down to below 10 °C, slowly add the dried and pulverized sodium nitrite, add the temperature to 70 ° C, keep it for 30 min, then cool down to 0-10 ° C, slowly add 2 , 6-Dichloro-4-nitroaniline, stirring reaction for 4 h after the addition, to obtain a diazo solution. Feeding ratio of each reactant: 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline: sulfuric acid: sodium nitrite = 1:1.5:1.03 (amount ratio of substances).
Diluted the diazo solution into a fine stream of 2 times the amount of crushed ice in a coupling pot, and then slowly added N,N-dicyanoethylaniline dissolved in 40% sulfuric acid to maintain 5-10 ° C.
